Electrical Drilling Rig

TS-SINOTAI Electric Driven Skid Mounted Drilling Rigs is designed for deep well operation, we can provide DC(SCR) and AC(VFD) type rig upon customer requirement as well different drilling condition.

SCR Drilling Rigs

Drawworks is driven by two DC motors with 4+ 4R steps-less speed, and reversal will be realized by DC motor reversal.

Mud Pump is driven by DC motors mounted on the same skid, with V-belt transmission and simple structure.

Independent driven rotary table runs with 1+1R/2+2R step-less speed and reversal will be realized by DC motor reversal.

SCR system realized AC-SCR-DC power system for whole rig.

K type mast is suitable for installing Top Drive system of different brand.

Sling shot or swing up substructure and mast are used so that all the equipment can be installed at lower position.

VFD Drilling Rigs

Drawworks is driven by two VFD AC motors with 1+1R/2+2R step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by AC motor reversal.

Mud Pump is driven by VFD AC motors mounted on the same skid , with V-belt transmission and simple structure.

Independent driven rotary table runs with 1+1R/2+2R step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by AC motor reversal.

Using AC-DC-AC drive technology, rotary table and Drawworks are four quadrant running and full digital vector control.

Dynamic brake is adopted to replace eddy current brake as auxiliary brake.

Automatic drilling is obtained by Drawworks main motor or an independent motor. Intellectual position control for traveling block prevents crown block and rotary table from collision.

Real time communication and network is available by using PROFIBUS technology.

K type mast is suitable for installing Top Drive system of different brand.
