Fast Moving Drilling Rig
The Fast Moving rigs are conceptual AC VFD drilling rigs, with the feature of integral module, trailers-mounted structure and fast transportation, No-Crane easier installation.
Feature:
Drawworks, Substructure, Mast, Power skid and other parts are trailers-mounted.
Triple sections type telescoping Mast, allowing the 2nd and 3rd sections to be extended and retracted mechanically.
Parallelogram type substructure can be folded into pieces to minimize transportation size.
The drilling rig can be installed only by using six trailers, no crane is necessary, brings great convenience to rig site installation and mobilization.
Low-position installed VFD Drawworks system, more safety during Rig assembly.
Integral instrumentation and control unit, centralized at Driller’s console.
